Marlene Clevenger

Marlene is a Real Estate Broker with Nest Realty Asheville. Marlene is a native of Asheville, NC, is a marathon runner. She has a real and personal connection to blood cancer as her father passed away from leukemia when she was 12 years old. Every year, Marlene runs the Chicago Marathon raising needed funds for cancer research, in her father’s name.
Marlene trains for and blasts through triathlons like they are made for her. She is well known in the Asheville running community and encourages everyone she meets.
Marlene likes dogs, regularly hugs, laughs a lot, and makes eye contact like a professional eye contacter.
